MPEG-TS Converter
MPEG transport streams are designed around packetized delivery and are common in broadcast and streaming-oriented workflows. They are not the same thing as a normal MP4 file renamed to .ts.
When this format makes sense
Use MPEG-TS when the downstream workflow expects a transport stream.
Keep codec requirements in mind; the container alone does not determine compatibility.
For normal consumer playback and sharing, MP4 is often simpler.
